Who chooses community projects?
Local Node Ambassadors are required to identify the first project for the node's activation.
In the future, when the Ambassador manages to gather the community of hosts, activists, local authorities representatives, and others, that community gets to decide on the needs of the local node and choose the projects of their interest.
If there are hosts within the country whose areas haven't been managed by the LN Ambassadors yet, but there is a National Coordinator for the specific country, the national level project by choice of the National Coordinator gets onboard.
When the host adds their listing, they are free to choose 1-3 projects which have signed agreements with Fairbnb.coop. Those projects will be offered to their guests in the final booking stage to select one and redirect 50% of the platform fee as their donation.
