What are the cancellation policies?
Currently, we are offering two cancellation policies you can choose from:
1. Flexible
If your guest cancels the booking more than 7 days before scheduled check-in, they get a 100% refund of the total booking price.
If your guest cancels the booking less than 7 days before their scheduled check-in, they get a 50% refund of the host's service price, and the host receives another 50% of their price.
2. Strict
If the guest cancels the booking more than 2 days before the scheduled check-in, they get a 99,9% refund of the host's service price, and the host 0,1%.
If your guest cancels the booking less than 2 days before their scheduled check-in, the guest gets no refund, and the host receives 100% of the host's service price.
If you are adding the listing, to choose between those two, please
Sign in > Add listing > Price and Conditions > Settings
If you are editing your listing, please
Sign in > Listings (under your name in the right upper corner) > Price and Conditions > Settings
