I added a listing, but it's not published. Why?

You added a listing, don't see it published on the platform, and wonder why that is so.

There might be several reasons for that.

The most common one is that there are no local node ambassadors or national coordinators for your location, meaning there are no projects to support. As Fairbnb.coop re-distributes half of its revenue to the local or national projects, we cannot publish the listings without those. That doesn't mean that you cannot add your listing and leave it in the draft. As soon as Fairbnb.coop starts to be active in your destination, you can expect the local Fairbnb.coop ambassador, to contact you and proceed with certification.

Another reason might be your ambassador is waiting for you to deliver documentation or other proof needed to confirm compliance with local rules (hard and soft).

Your ambassador is overloaded with work and is not in a position to immediately act upon your entry. If this is the case, we appreciate your understanding and reasonably-long waiting.

Should you think none of the above is your case, don't hesitate to get in touch with your ambassador.
