How to delete my account?

We would be sorry to hear you want to delete your account!
We would appreciate it if you shared the reasons behind this decision by sending us an email and helping us learn from our mistakes!

If there is no chance to encourage you to stay with us, you can delete your account by following these steps:

log in to your account
Click your name in the right upper corner
Go to My profile
Select Settings
Click Delete my account
Insert your password in the pop-up box
click OK
