How is tourist tax collected?
There are several ways the tourist tax is collected, and they depend on the tax-related legislation of the destination you are traveling to.
The host enters information about the collection of tourist taxes in the Accommodation details, which you can find when you click the listing of your liking.
If it says, No tourist tax, the local/regional/national legislation does not require tourists to pay tourist taxes.
If it says Tourist tax included in the fee, the host's service price consists of the tax price.
If it says Tourist tax to pay to your host during the stay, you should pay the indicated amount of the tourist tax directly to your host upon arrival.
